Do You Do Adult Sizes?

Not at the moment, although we do plan to expand into Adult sizes as soon as the business is able.

Does The Popit Wash OK?

The full Fidget-T has been tested both professionally and personally in our own washing machine, and both the fabric parts and popit parts have passed every test. The full washing and care instructions can be found in the Resources section, but the main information is that the Fidget-T is safe to wash at 30 degrees but doesn’t tumble dry.

How Do The Sizes Work?

Because we know how expensive it can be trying to clothe children, especially one that has sensory needs, we have designed the Fidget-T to straddle sizing for 2 age ranges. This way if you want a bigger, baggier size you can go an age higher, and the opposite if you want it tighter. The full sizing guide can be found in the Resources section.

I'm Very Sensitive To Fabric, Is The Fidget-T Right For Me?

We know that the way fabric feels can be very important to Neurodivergent people. Although we have put a lot of time and research in to ensuring that the fabric is as soft and gentle as we can find, we also appreciate that this might not be the case for everyone.

If you have any concerns about the way the fabric might feel, we offer free samples of the fabric for customers. That way you can rest assured that you know what the fabric will feel like BEFORE you spend any money. We’ve been there too with ‘sensory’ clothes that feel awful and are a waste of money. I'm Not Neurodivergent, Can I Still Wear A Fidget-T?

Of course! The Fidget-T was designed with everyone in mind, it doesn’t matter if you are autistic, ADHD or just love to play with popits. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable in what they wear.

Do You Do Other Clothing Items With Popits In?

We have a whole range of clothing items planned that can include popits- school uniform, long sleeve T-shirts, shirts, trousers, underwear- the list is almost endless. If you have a piece of clothing that you think we should focus on next, drop us an email and let us know!

Returns

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following:

  1. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
  2. It must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. The item should be in its original packaging, with the removable label still attached.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the item securely, including the RMA number, and send it to the address provided by our customer support team.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if you wish to return the item for reasons other than a defect or error, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:
